Project Cockpit launches its blog: a new space for practical project management and Governance!

Big News!

Project Cockpit now has its own dedicated content space: blog.project-cockpit.com.

The goal is simple: to share ideas, methods, examples and practical insights about project management, governance, sponsorship, risk-based control, business cases, WBS, acceptance criteria and, of course, the use of AI in project management.

Project Cockpit was born from a very concrete observation: in many projects, information is scattered, decisions are not always clearly recorded, risks are known but not properly followed up, and steering committees sometimes become reporting rituals instead of real decision-making moments.

The blog complements the Project Cockpit application by offering a more open, educational and accessible space. Over time, it will include:

  • practical guides on project governance;
  • concrete examples of project documents;
  • articles on AI for project managers;
  • reflections on the role of sponsors, PMOs and project teams;
  • templates and useful resources for better project control.

The ambition is not to publish theory for the sake of theory. The aim is to provide useful content connected to real project situations: how to write a Project Charter, how to identify initial risks, how to make a RAID log useful, how to review a business case, and how to prepare steering committees that actually make decisions.

The blog is separated from the Project Cockpit application, which remains available at www.project-cockpit.com. This separation keeps the application focused on project work, while the blog becomes a public space to learn, discover and exchange good practices.

The first articles and guides will be published progressively in the coming weeks.

Welcome to blog.project-cockpit.com.
